Poker and Life

Myia's family and I got back from Vegas last night. I don't really feel like making the long post yet about the 6 days of fun, but I will eventually. I took 147 pictures of all sorts of things but mostly poker. Instead of posting all those pictures here I made an album of it at webshots. I spent a lot of time uploading them, putting titles on all of them, and put descriptions on the interesting ones which you can see on the right of each picture after enlarging it from its thumbnail. In short, the whole trip was a blast I saw five shows (Penn and Teller, Tournament of Kings, Blue Man Group, Cirque Du Soleil called Ka at MGM Grand, and Lewis Black), went into all of the big hotels and looked around, and saw all the most well known poker rooms including Bellagio where I watched the big game ($4000/$8000) for a minute, the Venetian, and the Wynn. I played a 5 hour session of a 6/12 dealer's choice game at the Venetian where we played every game from stud H/L to 2-7 triple draw to razz to omaha to badugi. That is the quick summary until I feel up for writing a whole report.
